Its pale gold color with brown highlights is enhanced by fine cordon bubbles. This 100% pinot noir presents an olfactory bouquet of ripe white fruit, complemented by meadow flowers and honeyed tea notes. The palate is eloquent and homogeneous, offering a racy, virile texture with controlled freshness and acidity. The long finish is punctuated by candied citrus notes. A very promising champagne, to be enjoyed as an aperitif or with a Colombian-style mixed ceviche of pollack and gambas.
