This cuvée has a crystalline golden yellow color. The nose seems vinous, powerful and saline. The palate evokes white pepper and spices, and retains a certain freshness despite its richness. Try it with baeckeoffe (an Alsatian dish made with potatoes and pork, lamb or beef simmered in the oven for a long time).
