A stylish champagne. The nose is carried by the oak, grilled almond and salted butter caramel. The palate matches the nose but is superior while retaining its purity, straight and sharp side. The length is endless. The saline finish of this 100% Mesnil has a particularly assertive and assumed style.

Chardonnay is the dominant grape here, and the cuvées made from it come notably from Mesnil-sur-Oger, classified as a Grand Cru. Barrel vinification, absence of malolactic fermentation, prolonged ageing and low dosage levels characterize the house and the style of the wines produced, to the tune of 100,000 bottles a year.
