With a dynamic effervescence, the nose is fruity, combining white fruit, tangerine and a touch of musk, lemon and iodine, giving a slight marine impression. On the palate, the attack is frank and marked by a tannic texture due to the clays. The bubbles are elegant and the fruity aromas (melon, lemon) are sustained throughout. This wine is a pretty proposition, perfect with grilled white meat.

A. Leconte

A family home in Troissy for six generations, not far from Dormans. Most of the vines are Pinot Meunier, but Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are gradually being added to the 40 plots that make up the 10-hectare vineyard. This richness of soil is exploited in parcel-based cuvées, for which Alexis Leconte, head of production, favors barrel vinification. The estate has been certified organic since 2023.
