Winery presentation by Gault&Millau
A family-owned estate located in Troissy—not far from Dormans—for six generations. The vineyard is planted primarily with Meunier, though Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are gradually being introduced across the 40 plots that make up the 10-hectare vineyard. This rich soil is harnessed in single-plot wines, for which Alexis Leconte, head of production, favors barrel aging.
