Gault&Millau's review
92/100
Parcel-by-parcel champagne and prolonged cellar aging endow this cuvée with finesse, a velvety texture and a long, lingering finish. The nose reveals notes of freshly opened nuts (almonds). On the palate, white fruits take over, with notes of fresh butter. The chalky finish reflects the terroir. This finely-balanced cuvée is a perfect match for roast Breton lobster, served with salted butter.
