Chef's Restaurant Kaysersberg is a feast, with this winstub embodying the very best of the Alsatian art of entertaining. The purest expression of the genre, the table is the work of Olivier Nasti, a gourmet and mischievous extension of his grand table, where the simple pleasures of tradition are rediscovered. The packed dining room lives in osmosis the rediscovered taste of game and inn dishes, the unmissable pâté en croûte Richelieu, Miéral poularde croque-cuisse, Léman fish quenelles, venison medaillon and celery mousseline, game pie with foie gras, jus corsé, game shoulder, mushroom fricassee and spätzles, hay-roasted Miéral poularde..
