Just a few minutes from the Place de la Bourse, the dynamic Tanguy Laviale (Garopapilles, Ressources) has opened his second address, where diners come as much for the imaginative dishes as for the exceptional cellar. To accompany the eight hundred or so references (or vice versa), there are precise seasonal compositions, available in three blind formulas, from €45 to €75 depending on the number of courses. Very pleasant atmosphere.
