Remarkable Restaurant The most beautiful stopover in the Beaune region? It's true that this vast and beautiful property does everything to make cocooning particularly pleasant and gourmet. For this latter aspect, you can rely on Philippe Augé, chef par excellence, who multiplies the great plates in this register of prestige so well mastered: langoustines and asparagus emulsion crustaceans, pigeon confit with foie gras, blue lobster peas coraillés sauce, charolais with spices grilled cheek braised sauce pinot, all the cavalry is in order until the soufflé Grand Marnier or the cazette de Bourgogne creamy milk chocolate sorbet yuzu. No more holes in the racket on the service side, masterfully handled by a team of winners, a cellar superbly focused on Burgundy, a treat for the collector or the wealthy connoisseur who finds his favorite labels here.
