Chef's Restaurant To experience a true Toulouse evening of its time, there's nothing like a moment at Simon Carlier. All the local youth and good eaters know the place, placing their blind trust in the blind menus, which allow the house to limit the offer as much as possible (5 or 8 times, €59 or €79).
