Since his appearance on the Toulouse scene, Simon Carlier has managed to convince and, above all, federate: Solides is a successful project, a test transformed over the years, a gourmet crystallization of life in Toulouse, a little saucy and ripailleuse, and right with the wind. Menus range from €28 to €89, and the cellar offers a wide choice of pairings. For a first visit, lunch, even with a small selection, shows off the cuisine (mussel and cashew ravioli with coconut combawa emulsion, cod pithiviers with radish cream, lemon rocket pavlova).
