Gault&Millau's review 2025

The Hôtel Scribe, after a long period of neglect in the restaurant business, has returned to a fashionable formula of "easy eating" with the same openness to the world found in all Paris palaces. Not over-ambitious, but tailor-made cuisine that sails to all shores, with a Mediterranean preference: yellowtail ikejime mojito mélisse, scallops brocolettis riz de Camargue, filet of farmhouse guinea fowl tahina carrots toupies... A dignified service in a fresh, chic setting, with the sobacha chocolate tart also giving good measure.
