Gault&Millau's review2026
After traveling the world, Jean-Baptiste Natali has settled in the most French village in the country, where he brings to life a hostellerie**** and fine bourgeois gastronomy. Between two visits, his table ensures continuity, excellence and noble products, around a well-updated seasonal menu. On the "je vous avez compris" menu, blue lobster, Greek-style chanterelles and sorrel sorbet, porcini mushrooms with Colonnata bacon and sabayon, roast squab fillet, confit leg barbajuan and blueberries in their juice, apricot cream, lime-glazed parfait and caramelized almonds. Good cellar.
