Gault&Millau's review 2025

Away from Colombey-les-Deux-Églises, this beautiful building with its blonde stones and blue shutters is the refuge of chef Jean-Baptiste Natali and his wife, Hélène Cassagnes, not forgetting maître d'hôtel and sommelier Chan, whom the owners like to point out is an integral part of the adventure... After a stint with some of the greats (notably Daniel Boulud, in New York...), Jean-Baptiste concocts top-flight cuisine at Restaurant Natali. And loyal customers can't resist the pleasure of extending their stay by staying here as if in a family home. The establishment offers 8 rooms and one suite, like an ode to nature with their natural materials and flowery tapestries, as well as a brasserie, La Table du Général, for a more classic cuisine, in homage to the great man... The perfect cocktail for a warm, country weekend.
