Annie and Mickaël Landaud combine the art of hospitality with culinary excellence, where tradition, technique, and contemporary ingredients come together harmoniously in dishes such as foie gras with Périgord salad, rabbit confit with tarragon, and veal sweetbreads with king oyster mushrooms… Well-crafted, multi-course menus; comforting desserts, such as the chocolate soufflé; and a well-curated, classic wine cellar featuring wines from nearby vineyards.
