Chef's Restaurant Annie and Mickaël Landaud embody the Berry tradition of "bien-recevoir", in a discreet, measured and precise score, both in the service and on the plate. It's a longstanding savoir-faire, applied to every aspect of the table, making it a logical benchmark. These include pan-fried foie gras and panko calf's head, a hake back with eggplant caviar, herbs and ginger, beef cooked just right, rare with leeks and a morel mushroom that could perhaps do with a little more presence, and a chocolate soufflé that expresses true gourmandise and remarkable technique. A classic cellar with mainly Loire references, without neglecting other regions (Pinard, Crochet, Mellot, Pabiot, Rapet, Nudant).
