Gault&Millau's review2026
While it's true that the address is slightly out of the way, it's nonetheless one of the centers of gravity of Berruyère cuisine, a table of the highest standards, in both service and cuisine. Annie and Mickaël Landaud have patiently built up this experience, where precision goes hand in hand with obvious ease, offering a revisited tradition and a hushed atmosphere. The menu-card at €71 has the stature of the grandes maisons, with pan-seared duck foie gras, morels in yellow wine and grated old Comté cheese, roast duck breast and cauliflower royale, confit pork belly, carrot cream and red onion confit, signature chocolate soufflé, a smoked pear, bahibe chocolate cream, cashew ice cream and cookie shortbread. The wine list follows perfectly. Professional welcome.
