Gault&Millau's review2026
To say that this is a house of character would be an understatement. Jean-Baptiste Ceccaldi has built a charming resort, perhaps the most authentic of the island's Relais & Châteaux, on the foundations of a beautiful 18th-century residence in the heart of nature, just ten minutes from the town. Just strolling along the terrace, enjoying an aperitif or simply basking in the scents of the maquis is enough to recognize this noble Signoria. At the table, the same chic, the same philosophy, to be true while elevating the score: with ravioles du Cap Corse au gratin, swordfish tartare with citrus green juice and reduced bouillabaisse, quasi de veau à basse température pomme de terre confites et jus de viande. The cellar is the perfect place to catch up on old times, and the fig, honey and nepita dessert is a pleasant end to this suspended moment.
