Gault&Millau's review 2025

Not far from the citadel and Calvi's superb white sandy beaches, La Signoria is an old Genoese building converted into a refined luxury hotel set in the heart of the maquis. An azure-blue swimming pool, a perfectly landscaped beach, a spa with treatments by the Corsican brand Casanera, a gourmet restaurant led by chef Romain Masset and a park filled with pine and palm trees make up one of the island's most attractive hotel offerings (member of Relais & Châteaux).
