Remarkable Restaurant Five generations of the Carrier family have succeeded one another in making the Albert Iᵉʳ the gastronomic beacon that continues to dominate the resort. Their meticulous organization is evident in the dining room, where every gesture is carefully measured and executed. On the plates, it's also, today, stability that predominates. Damien Leveau keeps a firm grip on his pots and pans, tailoring his dishes to the seasonal richness of the terroir, and balancing regional allusions with creative flights of fancy. Winter brings warmth, summer freshness and a good sense of the vegetable, with tomato and watermelon, chanterelle mushrooms and Piedmont hazelnuts, crayfish in mousseline, tartar and zucchini flower, Léman peach with carrot and geranium, and veal chop with onions and hay. The plates look great, right down to the desserts: fruit, chocolate or classic Grand Marnier soufflé, and the cellar offers a full range of accompaniments, including Savoy wines and grands flacons.
