Presentation
After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Yourri Greffe flew to England, and more specifically to London to join the Social Compagny teams as a commis sommelier in 2017. After three years in London, where he honed his skills in the sommelier and front-of-house professions, Youri Greffe returned to France and joined the Hôtel Hameau Albert1er in Chamonix in 2020. There, he rose through the ranks to become the establishment's Head Sommelier, a position he has held for over a year now.
