Manon Cazes, who holds an MBA in hotel, tourism and catering management and has worked for Potel et Chabot and Maison Pic, for whom she managed the opening of Daily Pc in Paris, opened Panaille in 2024 with two friends, Martin Lafont and Jean-Marie Perrot, both of whom work in the kitchen. It's a relaxed place, where the many regulars appreciate not only the fresh, gourmet cuisine, but also the smiling, attentive service orchestrated by Manon.
