Last year’s discovery reaffirms his ambitions and delights all those who enjoy the location, the sea air, and perhaps a visit to nearby Nausicaa. Emmanuel Pillot’s excellent work is reflected in inspired, modern dishes that have now earned him two toques: mackerel with cucumber and rhubarb; duck with beets, blackberries, and obione; green apple with sweet clover and fermented milk… The set menus, priced according to the number of courses, range from €62 to €104, to which you can add Philippe Olivier’s fine cheeses.
