The former La Plage restaurant has given way to an interesting new restaurant, run by chef Emmanuel Pillot and his partner Laura, who met at Benjamin Delpierre's La Liégeoise in Wimereux. It's a great opportunity to refresh the local landscape and enjoy original cuisine based on fine seafood, prepared with finesse by a chef with a fine career, including stints with Ducasse at La Bastide de Moustiers, Georges Blanc and Pierre Caillet. The menu is short, with a certain sobriety based on well-chosen products: mackerel tomato aster maritime onions, gambas foie gras salicornes estragon, cod zucchini riz noir fumet champagne, before a good rhubarb dessert or Landrethun strawberries.
