Not haute gastronomy, but a good moment of relaxation, with the perfect egg and its pan-fried mushrooms or a beef tataki with herbs, a burger or the signature dish, cod with seaweed, spinach and morels before some classic desserts like the Belle-Hélène pear or the chocolate mousse revisited by the pastry chef.
