The second table at Clos Vauban is more than a spare tire. Right next door to the Bulle d'Osier gastro, it's a charming, lively dining room where the cuisine is that of a chic bistro that cultivates good manners, with a rotating menu at €39, offering seasonal produce, good meats and ideas of the moment, such as langres gnocchi or trout in Coiffy wine. Young, alert and committed service, carefully selected wines for simple, inexpensive pleasures.
