Nobu in Paris is obviously an experience, enhanced by the extraordinary setting of the Royal Monceau. Refinement, astonishment and seduction are the hallmarks of this fusion cuisine, which may be a little dated (Jean-Luc Delarue and the rue Marbeuf were twenty years ago...), but the place has enough to give a touch of magic to crispy rice and spicy tuna, sashimi and tacos, caviar tartar, tiradito or lobster ceviche on this natural bridge between Peru and Japan. Logical and not too extravagant prices, very good service.
