Chef's Restaurant A pretty, modern dining room, real talent with Marine in the dining room and Julien in the kitchen, a sense of true, natural products brought to light by an inspired chef - that's what we love about this house in the famous fishing port. The modern approach is accompanied by a short menu, divided into two 4-course or 6-course menus, and referenced producers. Recent tastings have included a fine reading of scallops, potato bergamot fish roe, soft guinea fowl Jerusalem artichoke bouchot mussels, brill celeriac lovage verbena, chestnut clementine carob. The panoply of flavors and the overall harmony of the sequences have already been mastered, and the cellar is interesting and improving.
