Remarkable Restaurant Nearly a quarter of a century of existence and a team faithful to itself and its customers, always transmitting its taste for fine produce and good wine. The beautiful house at the entrance to Château de Bourron perpetuates the tradition of this art village, with a place brimming with small references, where the good selections of sommelier Laurent Piro circulate, guardian of an anthology cellar where great vintages rub shoulders with prestigious estates. Chef Dominique Maës continues his work with superb consistency, with menus ranging from €50 to €119.
