Prestige Hotel Nature and history lovers, this is the place for you! Imagine a 40-hectare park with a château built in the late 16th century on the ruins of a medieval fortress and still surrounded by its ancient moat. Transformed into a family home by Guy de Cordon and his wife, Estrella, who inherited it in 2001, the site underwent ten years of restoration before returning to its former splendor: 16 sumptuous rooms and suites are now spread around the château and the Maison d'Artagnan, dressed in period drapes and furnishings, contrasting with the more contemporary comfort of the bathrooms. The same mix was used to renovate the Maison de la Source, which adjoins the moat, and the Pavillon, with its living room and bedroom accessed via the historic horseshoe staircase. It's the perfect place to live the life of a château, savoring the delights of breakfast served in the spectacular Hercule salon with its Flemish tapestries, or, in fine weather, on the terrace overlooking the estate's formal garden.
