Just a stone's throw from the Plage des Catalans, this magnificent 4* hotel offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean. Its restaurant takes full advantage of this dream location, with large bay windows, for dining with your feet in the water. The menu is fairly consensual and well executed, with mimosa leeks, nori leaf and miso sesame cream, pearly monkfish, celeriac and granny smith, oabika sauce, duck breast, sweet potato purée and pear pickles, apple strudel, calvados caramel and Jamaican pepper ice cream.
