After a long period of transformation, the Saint-James hotel and restaurant will reopen on December 5, 2024. Chef Mathieu Martin will have renewed confidence in his new setting, with the restaurant doubling as a second unit, the Orama, as in the good old days of the Bistroy. We look forward to returning to the superb Jean Nouvel-designed complex overlooking the river for further gastronomic adventures.
