The discreet luxury of this beautiful residence makes it the destination of choice for discerning tourists during their stay in Avignon. Once the day's hustle and bustle is over, what could be more relaxing than returning to the age-old stonework, tasteful Provençal decor and meticulous attention to detail by the experienced Christophe Chiavola? Elegant cuisine, nourished by the finest produce, in keeping with the house's very high standards: lobster, Dombes duckling, scallops and a few mischievous combinations such as carabineros and pig's trotters. Five-course menus at €145, with a large cellar of Châteauneuf, Provence and other southern Rhône wines.
