Gourmet Restaurant It took a lot of hard work and two years of construction, but this pretty L-shaped room, one branch of which opens onto the open kitchen, is already a must-see novelty in the heart of the old town. Morgane and Malo did (almost) everything themselves, and everything, from the decor to the table setting, has been a success, just like the launch a few months ago, with her alone in the dining room, he alone at the piano, to offer what is already real cuisine: The trout in watercress carpaccio, tangy with lemon juice and sweetened with iodized honey, and the poultry, roasted supreme leg in shreds, with a walnut wine jus for regional consistency, scorsonère and cabbage, are already worthy of the chef's hat. Admittedly, the imposed, but not hidden, menu, limited to 5 or 7 dishes, allows the chef to manage without anyone's help, right up to the sweet butternut millassou dessert, but the experience provided by these few months of practice is already very seductive. The wine cellar isn't huge, but it's already well varied, with a few regional wines and an honest selection by the glass. Morgane's service is excellent, and she's completely at ease and natural in pampering the fifteen or so diners.
