A pioneer in Franck Baranger's bistro adventure, Pantruche retains its prerogatives and a loyal local clientele. The menu, decor, ambience and service are all well organized, efficient and effective, and the full €45 menu allows you to visit the entire menu, with just a few extras: haddock croquettes with gremolata-glazed turnip, guinea fowl supreme stuffed with herbs, white cabbage and chard with amaretto chicken sauce, before a dessert that's always well prepared (pressed apple with elderberry, chocolate ganache with pepper ice cream). Cellar also well stocked.
