Chef's Restaurant To satisfy the Dionysian journeys of enlightened connoisseurs, the 4* hotel has made sure to satisfy all the senses, with impeccable service, an elegant and well-kept house, and of course, Romain Versino's table. The chef demonstrates remarkable mastery, knowing how to make something good out of everyday products as well as noble fare, going for regionalism as well as some more conventional classics. Thus, to accompany the superb cellar of one thousand two hundred references, the chef rolls out green asparagus with confit egg yolk and arugula, arctic char, peas, watercress and cardamom, saddle of lamb, carrots and wild garlic, a sweet strawberry, buckwheat and black lemon. From €42 to €120.
