In this beautiful traditional house on the square, elegantly furnished by designer Paola Navone, the table is once again a gastronomic destination, thanks to chef Romain Versino, now firmly at the helm. The menus don't offer much choice, but the rich menu available for lunch and dinner plays on noble products with elegance: Neuvic caviar, foie gras pomme hibiscus, arctic char artichoke morels, sweetbreads larded with Colonnata peas, rich buyers of fine labels from the great local vintages are in for a treat, especially as the cellar boasts hundreds of references and a wide choice of wines by the glass. Expect to pay around €110 à la carte, with a good Sao Tomé chocolate dessert.
