It is one of the most beautiful hotels in Burgundy, an enchanting retreat in the heart of the countryside, about thirty kilometers from Beaune. Nestled amid gentle, rolling hills, the Relais & Châteaux estate spans 80 hectares of fields and meadows, at the heart of which stands a splendid 5-star hotel featuring classic, inviting architecture and equipped with every modern comfort (spa, pool, luxurious rooms…). In the kitchen, Jérémie Muller showcases the finest ingredients for a discerning and affluent clientele who can enjoy the very best while taking in a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside. The €65 set menu features a crispy egg with pea purée and Morteau sausage; farm-raised guinea fowl with Parmesan gnocchi, spring vegetables, and a robust gravy; and a strawberry and bergamot dessert with creamy yogurt and full-fruit sorbet. Excellent wine cellar.
