On this beautiful estate, Jérémie Muller has the tools and the means to work well; the kitchen garden supplies seasonal vegetables, and there's no shortage of quality producers around Rymska. The result is a seasonal menu of the highest quality: snail puff pastry with garlic cream, frog leg with parsley jus, orange-glazed pork with carrot declension, braised sweetbread with yellow wine sauce and wild mushrooms, coffee soufflé and marc de bourgogne coffee ice cream... Reasonably priced, as in a Relais&Châteaux, menus lacking a little choice, fine regional cellar.
