Chef's Restaurant A vast estate where you can experience Burgundy in the heart of nature, and a gourmet restaurant run by Jérémie Muller, a recent winner of the Gault&Millau Tour. Uncompromising on product quality, the chef draws on seasonal vegetable gardens, local harvests and livestock to fashion an inspired, gourmet menu: fresh smoked green asparagus, foie gras and Hungaro ham cromesquis, maigre with saffron chard cream sauce, braised sweetbreads with a variation of multicolored carrots, yellow wine and morel mushroom sauce... Blackcurrant, rum and mint sorbet soufflé for dessert, a fine Campagne chic menu at €62. Extensive Burgundy and regional wine cellar.
