Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of a valley shaded by tall trees and not far from Beaune, this estate is first and foremost an ode to nature, with its 80 hectares of meadows and forests, a livestock farm and a vast vegetable garden, the first place of inspiration for chef Jérémie Muller, who treats his guests to a cuisine that is both refined and rustic. With the same mix of chic and authenticity, the 7 bedrooms and 6 suites have been designed as intimate cocoons, combining solid wood, tapestries and velvet headboards. A member of Relais & Châteaux, this year the hotel added a remarkable spa not far from the outdoor swimming pool and the stud farm, where enthusiasts never tire of admiring the spectacle of the thoroughbreds in training.
