The loyal Marc Dach has not been at the helm since 2022, but his replacement, Ludovic Escaich, is working in the same spirit as his predecessor, much to the delight of the regulars of this very private Club, one of the finest hotels in terms of location and prestige on this part of the coast. Residents are doubly fortunate, and the chef pampers them both at lunch, with a grill menu to match, and in the evening, with fine summer dinners... Service worthy of Relais & Châteaux, and a rather expensive generalist wine cellar.
