Gault&Millau's review 2025

Just a stone's throw from Le Lavandou, this Tuscan-style villa is set in a dreamy landscape of umbrella pines and bougainvillea, bordered by a delightful sandy beach reserved for hotel and restaurant guests. The hotel boasts 37 contemporary luxury rooms and suites, as well as beautiful villas with terraces overlooking the sea. A Relais & Châteaux member, Le Club de Cavalière also offers a wide range of activities (boating, jet-skiing and sailing lessons), unless you prefer to read your novel by the long heated pool or recharge your batteries with one of the Valmont spa treatments. All this before heading to La Vieille Fontaine restaurant for dinner under the stars, with only the lapping of the waves to listen to.
