Chef's Restaurant Remastered by Glenn Viel's teams, this Clair de Plume takes on a new light with the arrival at the helm of Benjamin Reilhes (ex Ibarboure and Donckele) and pastry chef Cédric Perret, who has been loyal to the house for several years. The house still has plenty of charm on the doorstep of old Grignan, dominated by Madame de Sévigné's château, but the setting has evolved and modernized, and the team is forging ahead to guarantee guests a quality stay. There are hidden menus from €110 to €195, but a relatively short but eloquent à la carte menu allows you to make your choices: a good work on tomato, smoked cream and basil pickles, a brilliant interpretation of the lobster roll, a marriage of herbs and red fruits in the conclusion, ensure a quality sequence for this first season. A well-stocked cellar of Southern Rhônes, the entire valley and beautiful labels.
