Gourmet Restaurant A legendary address that has kept its period costume, to offer customers a journey back in time and the charm of the turn of the century. The historic Belle Époque decor, however, says nothing about the cuisine, where chef Cyril Lignac prefers today's tastes, with some success: carpaccio of sea bream, lemon and pink berries, langoustine ravioli in ponzu broth, chicken fillet with satay spices... Classic desserts. Good service.
