On the heights of Cannes, chef Bruno Oger's bistro, a sort of antechamber to La Villa Archange, his gastronomic lair, is sure to seduce with its contemporary cuisine on menus priced at €45 or €55: poultry ballottine, duck with foie gras and mustard seed sauce, monkfish cheek with marinara sauce, cockles with Jerusalem artichoke parsley, chuck confit with red wine and sand carrots. Pastry chef Yohan Jara's cart of sweets, with its twelve proposals, makes a gourmet complement that we can't resist.
