Today, it's Arbois' top table, where lovers of good food and good wine meet with absolute confidence. Alumni of Jean-Paul Jeunet's restaurant, where they met, Lisa and Jérôme have now become independent, and lavish their talents here, in this magnificent house suspended above the Cuisance. While admiring the view over the village and its greenery, you can discover a cutting-edge vision of the local terroir: green asparagus with nori seaweed and wild garlic, brook trout from Moulin de Pierre, clove sauce, Jura chickpeas and cauliflower, anne et Vincent Perrin's heart of pork chop, miso brown juice, Parisian-style gnocchi with leeks and dandelion greens, or Nicolas Berge's buckwheat and Venezuela dark chocolate, hot-cold, candied red beet and geranium rosa. A fine regional cellar.
