The Grand Hôtel offers a wide range of dining options for every occasion (bistro, room service, brunch, snacking...), with gastro cuisine taking full advantage of both the setting and the view. In this context, there's no denying the prestige of foie gras with pistachio pea and raspberry condiment, low-temperature monkfish with red bell pepper espuma, sole meunière or lobster with verbena peach, or rack of lamb with cherry and tarragon juice. Prestigious prices, good desserts by pastry chef Julien Alanièce (good composition on bell pepper and red fruit).
