Alongside his gastro restaurant, Christopher Coutanceau offers a slightly lighter version, but with the same high standards of seafood quality. Alongside oysters and seafood in their natural state, beautiful platters and legible, fresh plates to convince a wide audience: ceviche pina colada style, pollack plancha, sole de petit bateau, entrecôte d'angus. Classic desserts, ice creams and sorbets, solid wine selection.
