To really feel the city, you need at least one meal at La Vieille Fontaine, which can start with an aperitif on the city's chicest terrace. Pascal Auger builds his menus with all his experience and know-how, and also participates in the development of the bistro menu. Noble products are featured on the Inspiration menu (€130), but you can also measure the house with the excellent La Vieille Fontaine menu (€54): oyster mushroom ravioli and foie gras in cep broth, Ardèche trout with miso mounted butter, fish roe and spelt risotto, inventive cauliflower and chocolate dessert with pear, white wine and hibiscus, and white chocolate ice cream. We also like the chic, discreet service and the large cellar of Châteauneufs and other fine Rhône wines.
