Just a stone’s throw from the Montparnasse train station, the beautiful 4-star boutique hotel Le Niepce also features its own restaurant, with a separate entrance, modern decor, and, of course, a stunning glass roof. It’s a classy, bright spot where you can enjoy a well-curated, crowd-pleasing menu. For a perfect lunch, try the roasted red cabbage starter with creamy pecorino, mint-infused oil, crispy onions, and chives; a salmon chirashi with sashimi, minori rice, avocado, and scallions, trout roe, nori seaweed, soy sauce, sake, and lemon; and a Paris-Brest with praline ganache and salted butter caramel.
