Gourmet Restaurant A pro's table, located just a stone's throw from Montparnasse station, well thought out for business meals. The Hôtel Niepce's cuisine is classic and well prepared: ceviche of cod marinated in passion fruit and lime, shavings of colorful radish and herbaceous condiment, turbot with citrus fruit, roasted carrots, carrot purée with cumin, citrus caviar, candied ginger, roasted duck breast, sweet potato millefeuille with Roquefort and spinach, pumpkin seeds and reduced poultry jus, chocolate and caramel parfait, praline and tonka bean chantilly, chocolate tuile.
