Gourmet Restaurant It's all about desire and promise for this young restaurant, which last year made it into Gault&Millau's 109 (sang neuf) list of new brands to watch. Alicia and Florian have found this well-placed space, slightly set back from the main shopping street, to develop what they love, a cuisine based on produce and seasonal produce, with modernity and respect. For connoisseurs, blind menus of three to six courses are imposed on the entire table. Those who don't like surprises come at lunchtime for the good €30 menu, which already gives a good idea of the house creations. Interesting wine cellar, with a fine search for Savoy wines.
