Gault&Millau's review2026
Bought out in 1995, this former coaching inn has become a landmark on the road between Munster and Colmar. In its half-timbered rooms, this beautiful country inn serves regional cuisine, between Alsace and Brittany, where Bernard Leray hails from. Having worked at Bernard Loiseau's restaurant, the chef's technique and generosity of spirit are evident in his dishes, which include snail soup, parsley jus, beef consommé in a cup and snail fricassee tartine, royal sea bream and sauce vierge, rosace de zucchini et ratatouille, pigeon and pigeon jus, escalope de foie gras, pigeon fleischnaka like stuffed cabbage, meadowsweet-scented panna cotta, apricot sorbet, roasted apricots, homemade praline and gavottes. Menus from €65 to €118.
