Remarkable Restaurant A visit to Christophe Comes is always a return to nature, and therefore to reason, with the pleasure of transparency as a common thread, declaring on every plate the journey from earth to plate. This freshness, seasonality and focus on the product are expressed in three unique menus ranging from three to eight courses, featuring spiny cucumbers, herring, gherkin-flower and ficoïde, petit gris snail with shiso, mushrooms and vegetable foam, royal sea bream from Port-la-Nouvelle, zucchini fleur and basil sabayon, soft farmhouse guinea fowl breast, eggplant ping tung and miso yuzu juice, Roussillon peaches like a melba, redcurrants and almond/vanilla ice cream. Beautiful regional cellar.
