On one of Iguerande’s seven hills, Lisa and Léo Troisgros contribute in their own way to the family’s reputation, offering a taste of authenticity and local flavor in a rustic farmhouse. It’s a beautiful slice of the countryside, captured in both the atmosphere and the dishes. The chef unveils fresh, personal ideas, featuring dishes centered on yellowtail and Sucrine lettuce, pollock and shiitake mushrooms, a superb pigeon, and a dessert of strawberries and pollen.
