Gault&Millau's review2026
Unexpected and unhoped-for for some. It's quite a challenge to make your way to Locguénolé with your ticket validated for one of the week's five evenings, reserved for a limited number of diners. But efforts are logically rewarded when you enjoy the work of MOF Yann Maget, who is at ease with noble products blended with those of the local terroir: potato and caviar sardines, cauliflower sea bass with shellfish and kari gosse, quetsche pigeon and celery stick... The well-priced menus catch the eye and make for a great experience at a lower price, as the leggy service is also part of the pleasure, restoring this regional institution to its former glory.
