Gourmet Restaurant With its privileged oceanfront location, this hotel restaurant is well positioned and attractive, with a certain classicism. Chef Alexandre Tête, who has worked at Marx and Pic, provides a high-quality marine service, with a wide-ranging menu to match the high standards expected: morels and asparagus glazed with yellow wine, sole meunière, lamb's knuckle with white asparagus, praline with coffee peanuts... Good introductory menu at €69, an all-lobster menu (including dessert) at €115, oysters and seafood platters.
