Having worked with Thierry Marx and Anne-Sophie Pic, Alexandre Tête has the right experience and training to offer the guests of Hotel Diana the cuisine of today. The beautiful oceanfront setting is a delightful accompaniment to the dishes. We'll be back this year for roasted king prawns, parmesan shavings, balsamic vinegar and salad, roasted scallops and risotto, sole meunière and parsley potatoes, roasted lobster and truffle tagliatelle, a beautiful black forest. Good service.
